KSB Cafe of New York is a privately-owned bagel bakery and has been serving authentic New York Style Bagels to the Herndon/Reston area in Virginia for the past decade. We are not a national chain or franchise operation. We pride ourselves on our delicious bagels, which we make from scratch every day on site. Our dough is made from the finest, freshest, high-quality ingredients and has never been frozen prior to baking.

Nowadays, many bagel shops, especially some of the national chains, have eliminated the essential step of boiling the dough in the baking process and use previously frozen dough to save time and cost. At KSB Cafe of New York, we believe that if you want an authentic and delicious New York Style Bagel - crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside - you have to stick to the traditional recipe. And that's what we do.
